  • General Wage Order No. 57 will be filed the Secretary of State on July 1, 2013. This DRAFT copy is for being posted for review only. Please submit any specific written comments to the Division of Labor Standards no later than June 25, 2013. Due to time constraints, we will be unable to consider comments after this date. General Wage Order No. 57 will be submitted in its final form to the Missouri Secretary of State's office on July 1, 2013 and will be posted on the Division's website.
  • The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission has issued Orders resolving all objections filed to Annual Wage Order No. 20. Therefore, Annual Wage Order No. 20 is now final and in effect as of May 30, 2013. Click here for Details.
