Project Notifications Reminder
Pursuant to state statutes (Sections 290.210 through 290.340 and 290.550 through 290.580 RSMo), which pertain to the state’s wages, hours, and dismissal rights, all public bodies are required, in addition to all other reporting requirements, to notify the Missouri Labor Department’s Division of Labor Standards (DLS) prior to beginning any work on all public works projects.
Project Notification Form (PW-2) is available at http://www.labor.mo.gov/div_pubs_forms.asp#prevailing_wage_pubs and should be completed and returned to the DLS prior to start of any public works projects.
