Unemploment Services Expanded to LaBelle, Mo.

Department of Labor LogoThe Missouri Labor Department’s Division of Employment Security (DES) recently added a new four-week reporting location at the Gamm, Incorporated office in LaBelle, Mo. The expansion offers a new location for individuals claiming unemployment benefits who must report to a four-week reporting location as a requirement to continue receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

“This new location makes it more convenient for many Northeast Missouri residents currently receiving unemployment benefits, as they no longer have to travel to Kirksville or Hannibal to meet their reporting obligation,” said Department Director Larry Rebman.

In addition to four-week reporting, the Gamm, Incorporated office in LaBelle offers many other services to unemployed adults, dislocated workers, and youth such as reemployment and training services, and referrals to potential job openings. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointment is necessary, but it is encouraged. The office is located at 103 South Third in LaBelle, Mo. The toll free number is 800-866-9021.
