We are launching our new online unemployment claims filing system, UInteract, Nov. 16. We have been working to improve your claims filing process and ability to conduct business with us online. UInteract is more user-friendly with expanded self-service features to make filing a claim quicker and easier.

Important Information for Claimants

The online and phone weekly claims filing systems will be unavailable from Nov. 9-15.

Be sure to file your claim each week on the days the systems will be available, even if it is not the day you typically file your claim. For the week of Nov. 6 to 12, you will need to file your weekly request for payment before 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8. For the week of Nov. 13 to 19, you will need to file your weekly request for payment on Wednesday, Nov. 16 or after. This system upgrade will not cause you to miss any weekly payments.

Filing Online: Starting Nov. 16, you will be able to file your weekly requests for payment using UInteract. You will need to establish a username, password and security questions to create an account in UInteract.

Filing by Phone: You should continue to use your established PIN number to access your claim. Starting Nov. 16, be sure to listen carefully to menu options and questions asked, as some will change.
