Teamsters filed a petition for certain Laclede County employees, including Operators, Truck Drivers, and Janitors. The County presented no final objection to the bargaining unit. Instead, the County voiced a philosophical objection to the employees’ right to form and join labor organizations. Since §105.510 clearly established the employees’ rights to do so, the objection was overruled.
