Teamsters petitioned for a unit of Bus Drivers. The only question raised about the composition of the Bus Driver unit concerned the status of certain substitute Bus Drivers. The district sought to include seven (7) substitute drivers in the unit while the Union sought to exclude them. The Board found that the seven (7) substitutes in question all qualified as regular part-time employees. The Board therefore included them (the seven (7) substitute drivers in question) in the unit with the regular Drivers. An election was ordered therein.
