IUE contended that the district reclassified and removed from the bargaining unit a Carpenter position and a Painter position. The District maintained that the Waterproofing Technician and the Roof Repair Technician were new managerial positions which were not part of the bargaining unit. The Board held that the two (2) positions in question were bargaining unit positions. The Board also held that the two (2) positions were not managerial positions. Therefore, the positions remained in the bargaining unit.
