Missouri Unemployment Benefit Debit Cards

Important Debit Card Information: Money Network Debit Card

Missouri has changed to Money Network® Visa debit card for unemployment benefit payments.

If you have an active unemployment claim or file a new claim and you choose your payment method as debit card, you will be mailed a Money Network® Visa debit card to the address on record at UInteract.labor.mo.gov.

If you did not receive a card, verify your mailing address is correct by visiting UInteract.labor.mo.gov or contacting a Regional Claims Center.

Claimants with a balance left on a Missouri Access MasterCard debit card may still use the remaining balance on that card.
Do not destroy your old card if there’s a balance remaining.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What should I do if I have not received my Money Network debit card?

A: If you did not receive a card, verify your mailing address is correct by visiting UInteract.labor.mo.gov or contacting a Regional Claims Center. If your address was correct and was not updated, contact Money Network immediately to request a replacement card. If you updated your address, wait one business day before contacting Money Network to request a replacement card. Money Network can be contacted free of charge at 1-866-892-2835 or by logging into Money Network. One free replacement card is provided per calendar year; additional cards will cost $2.00.

Q: How do I activate my Money Network debit card?

A: To activate the Money Network® Visa debit card and set your PIN, download the Money Network® Mobile App at the App Store® or on Google PlayTM and select ‘New User?’ or call 1-866-892-2835. Click here for more information about charges associated with the Money Network® Visa debit card.

Q: Can I stay with my current Missouri Access debit card rather than switch to the new debit card?

A: No. Claimants that have a Missouri Access MasterCard debit card will not receive unemployment benefit payments to that card after the new Money Network® Visa debit card has been issued.

Do not destroy your old card if there’s a balance remaining. Claimants with a balance left on a Missouri Access MasterCard debit card can continue to use/withdraw any remaining balance on that card.

You may switch your payment method to direct deposit if you do not want to receive benefits on the new debit card. To update or change your current payment information, contact a Regional Claims Center.

Q: How do I use the remaining balance of my old Missouri Access MasterCard debit card?

A: Missouri is no longer issuing payments to the Missouri Access MasterCard debit card. Do not destroy your old card if there’s a balance remaining. The Missouri Access MasterCard debit card can still be used to make purchases and to withdraw the balance.
