Wage and Hour Standards The Wage and Hour Standards presentation can provide information to you and your group concerning minimum wage, breaks, vacation, overtime, and employment relationships. Youth Employment presentation is designed to help employers, school officials, parents, and public interest groups learn about their rights and responsibilities under the child labor law. This presentation will also include a discussion on how routine inspections are performed to ensure compliance and how compliance protects the health and safety of working youth by assuring that youth are not working in prohibited or hazardous occupations.
