- The Missouri Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) Program provides assistance that helps Missouri adults get the basic skills they need to be productive workers, family members, and citizens. The major areas of support are Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and English Language Acquisition. These programs emphasize basic skills such as reading, writing, math, English language competency, and problem-solving.

- The Pro Se Assistance Program (PSAP) is a free legal clinic providing two types of consultations for those in the St. Louis area: pre-filing for those who are considering bankruptcy and post-filing for those who have already filed for bankruptcy. Volunteer private attorneys provide a free 30-minute consultation with referrals for further no-cost or low-cost legal services.

- CSFP is a supplemental nutrition program providing services to older persons (age 60 and above) and pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children up to their 6th birthday. Primary services include a package of mostly nonperishable food, nutrition education and referrals to health and assistance programs. Eligible women, infants and children cannot participate in both WIC and CSFP at the same time.
