- Streamlined online document submission and docket scheduling
- Faster claims processing
- Smooth integration with data partners and state agencies
- Ability to manage workflow and tasks to increase efficiency
- Elimination of duplicative processes for decreased administrative costs
- Better data reporting to help avoid unsafe working environments and reduce workplace injuries
